Publications written for general consumption or use in various courses
Since founding the Institute for Survival Education (ISE) in 1971, I have authored several newspaper, magazine and course publications. The biggest seller was the 25-page Cold Weather Guide: Working Outdoors in Comfort, which sold over 65,000 copies to several organizations. The largest consumer was the US Postal Service, especially in areas of harsh winter climates. The following is a list of most of our past publications:
